Can I change Manual Approval to Auto Approval and vice versa?
Yes, if your account has access to the Approval Feature, you can change your account settings between “Auto-approval mode” and “Manual Approval Mode”. “Auto-approval mode” means that newly uploaded media files are automatically approved without going through a visual inspection. “Manual Approval Mode” means that when a media file is uploaded and processed, that the file needs to be approved using the Approval Tool before the file changes from a “Pending Approval” to “Available” status. To change your Account’s Approval settings: • Sign into the control panel • Navigate to the Account Information page by clicking the Account Information Icon. • On the Account Information page, click the “Video Approval Preference” link on the right hand side. • Select either “Auto-approval mode” or “Manual approval mode” and click the “Save” button.
