Can I change how often the Desktop Communicator program checks for new content?
Yes, right click the Desktop Communicator icon in your system tray, select “Check for Updated Content”. This will check for new content immediately. You can change the settings by right clicking the icon in your system tray, use the “CHECK FOR NEW CONTENT EVERY” drop down menu at the bottom of the pop-up box, choose desired time and click “Submit Changes”.
