Can I change from Purchase Perks to Purchase Perks Premier or vice versa?
Yes, we do allow you to move from one level of the Purchase Perks program to another. Credit Card customers are assessed a fee for moving from Purchase Perks to Purchase Perks Premier if you have been in the program longer than 12 months and have accumulated more than 7,500 points*. You can move from Purchase Perks Premier to Purchase Perks at any time without a fee. Details can be found in the Terms and Conditions section of this website. To change reward levels, please call or visit any branch location or call the Support Center at 1-866-278-2558. * No fee is assessed if you are a check card customer.
