Can I change from EFT to credit card payment or vice versa?
Yes. EFT to AUTOSHIP: Contact our Customer Service Dept. in writing at least 5 business days prior to your EFT date and provide us with your credit card information. We will cancel your EFT order, refund your $20.00 deposit and create a new AutoShip order with your credit card information. We will confirm your new AutoShip date with you. AUTOSHIP to EFT: Provide our Customer Service Dept. with your banking information and a $20 money order which will be held as your deposit in the event your EFT cannot be processed due to insufficient funds. Advise us of your preferred EFT date (1st or 16th of the month) and we will cancel your credit card payment AutoShip and create a new AutoShip with your banking information.
