Irrespective of whether you’ve chosen BEng or MEng, the first year of study will contain the same material. It is possible to transfer programme during this period. Those on Civil Engineering and Environmental programmes will be able to change between these three programmes any time during years 2 and 3. To be allowed to reach the third year of the MEng course we require that students have reached a certain benchmark level (currently a 2:2 grade or above).
