Can I change a Carry Forward Balance from the previous fiscal year?

The Carry Forward Balance represents the Fund “financial” balance at June 30 th . Departments are not allowed to change this. If a fund is no longer active and has a Carry Forward Balance that needs to be cleared, it is recommended that the departments contact appropriate person by fund group.
