Can I certify a manufacturer product assortment SKU number when the component items in the assortment are mixed?

Yes, if using a single SKU assortment number for a similar assortment of product, such as a three die cast car pack which uses 5 assorted different individual cars. You can certify the one SKU number; however the final product must be made in the same factory.
