Can I carry on using the old weekly black sack collections?
No. The weekly collection of black sacks for residual waste has now ceased. If you have decided to opt out of the food waste collection and recycling system then your non-recyclable household refuse will still only be collected every other week and no extra capacity will be offered. Please note that side waste – additional waste placed alongside your wheeled bin – will not be accepted unless contained in Council-issued beige bin bags.
