Can I carry my exhibit materials into the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to my booth?

Yes. Exhibitor personnel are encouraged to carry small packages and cartons from parking lots that can be easily handled by one person without the use of a hand truck or luggage cart. However, if your materials are large enough to require a hand truck or “dolly,” you must follow the shipping instructions previously outlined for private vehicles. Note: Exhibitors are not permitted to carry items from vehicles which are unloaded at the Privately Owned Vehicle loading gates. These vehicles will be unloaded by GES.
