Can I cancel the hosting at any time, or is there a minimum contract for the amount of months that I must keep the site with IVCHosting?
You can cancel your account at any time and there is not any contract for the amount of months that you have to keep the site. When you cancel your account, we will refund the amount equal to the remaining unused portion of your account minus the cost of the Free domain name or Free domain name transfer (if applicable). The amount will be refunded back to your credit card but there will be a small charge for the credit card billing processing fee. This fee is imposed to us by the Credit Card Companies.
