Hi I’m part of the Vodafone Web Relations team and would like to offer some help and advice. If you’ve purchased your contract in a UK T-Mobile store, you have 7 days to exchange the handset for a different model or to a different package, but you can’t cancel the contract completely. I would recommend going in to the store, taking the phone and all of your paperwork with you. Explain to the store why you want to cancel to see if they can make any changes to the contract for you.
