While buying a product with Worldpay, you can cancel your order at any time of purchase. Once, you have cancelled your payment you will receive the following message: “Thank you, your payment has been cancelled Merchant’s Reference (Order ID): Oxxxx” Please contact WorldPay immediately if there has been a problem making your payment.
