Can I cancel an order already placed with GCard?
Online orders placed at GCard are processed daily and may be cancelled ONLY before we’ve processed your request. If your order is cancelled after it has been processed the fee for embossing, fulfillment and delivery are deducted from the amount that is credited back to you for the cancellation of the order. Please note, when you are purchasing a GCard Visa and MasterCard you are accepting all terms and conditions of the GCard which clearly states that upon cancellation of order or if GCard was not received by USPS, that GCard is not responsible for refunding the shipping, handling, embossing and fulfillment fee for the GCard.
