Can I call Avantix Laboratories to obtain the results of a blood level test?
For patient privacy and security reasons, patient information, including test results, cannot be released over the phone. Test results can be viewed on this Web site or will be faxed/mailed to the health care provider who requested the test, using the fax number or mailing address provided when the health care provider registered for the program.
