Only voice-only calls made using the Ojo PVP 1000 model can route emergency calls properly. However, Ojo video calls using the Ojo PVP 1000 and 900 are not able to automatically route emergency calls to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) at this time. We recommend using conventional voice calls over a standard telephone line to place emergency calls. For more information, please read our 911 Notice.
