Yes, certain fireworks (legally, they are not classified as fireworks) can legally be bought online according to state and federal regulations. This is an easy and convenient way to purchase sparklers, smoke items, and novelties, especially if your event is not scheduled near July fourth. However, according to Federal Regulations, not all size sparklers may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and they cannot be shipped except by ground so make sure you order them at least 2 – 3 weeks in advance of your event. This allows them to be processed and shipped and allows enough time in case the get lost or something happens.
