Can I buy Mumbai season ticket at any railway station in India other than mumbai?
Not possible. You can buy a season ticket at Suburban railway stations. On Western channel you can buy your season ticket ( popular here as “pass”) from any station between Churchgate to Virar. Ofcourse for regular travellers the facility to buy pass is existing between Surat to Churchgate ( for this you can buy pass at any of these stations but you can’t buy a pass between 2 suburban stations here) On Central railway you can buy between CST and Panvel or CST and Karjat or CST and Kasara. Here too, the facility to buy pass between Pune and CST or Nasik and CST is available to those regular travellers. You need an Identity card to purchase the pass. It will be issued to you at the time of buying pass by the booking clerk. Do carry a passport size photo of yourself for the same and do request for the I-card.
