No. Mini-Max converters (and all other types of converters) are the property of Massillon Cable TV/Clear Picture. This policy is in place to make it easy to provide replacement converters when/if they fail or when a customer wants to make a change. Customers don’t need to invest in a converter they may only use for a short time. Also, converters only work in one specific service area. They will not work in another city.
