Can I buy a hard drive ready loaded with a DJ music?
Not legally is the answer. You can convert the music you own to a digital format for use on a laptop or hard drive, but you must retain the original discs. If using it in public you should also have a Pro-Dub licence available from the PRS. If you do buy a hard drive ready loaded with a DJ music collection & videos & use it in public you would be breaking the law & you would run the risk of having your equipment confiscated plus you could be prosecuted.
