You can burn any file onto a CD… Question is, are you wanting to use the CD to play the file back on a DVD player etc? If not, any file that is around 700mb or less can be written to CD. If you want to watch it on another device, you will need to make sure the device can first of all support video playback from CD’s, and secondly that it supports the .mp4 codec. If you have a DVD burner, you would be better using software such as ConvertXtoDVD to convert the file and burn it to DVD in one step.
