Yes. But we strictly prohibit SPAM (Unsolicited bulk email). Feel free to use your opt-in list or purchase targeted lists but SPAM will not be tolerated and your Affiliate agreement will be canceled if you participate in this useless and annoying exercise. SPAM rarely yields a return on your efforts and damages your credibility and ours. Don’t do it!
