Can I build a Topic from Category without a spanning word list?

No, the Create Topic from Category feature of Intelligent Classifier must use a spanning word list. If you attempt to build a topic from a category and your collection doesn’t have a spanning word list, Intelligent Classifier will ask you if you wish to build one in the collection. If you build a spanning wordlist then the topic will be created but if you don’t then the topic will not be created.
