Can I browse the resources related to a specific SBA and location, combining the search criteria?

Yes. Your search criteria can be refined with SBA category + SBA sub-category + Location. Whatever browse path you have chosen at beginning of your portal navigation, you can always further add the other search criteria. On the results page, on the left menu, you are always provided with the complete list of GEO SBAs. You can also add/change the location specification through the use of the Select Country/Region drop down menu, on the left menu.
