Can I bring snacks on a plane?

Certainly. Most scheduled airlines allow you to bring your own food. However there are certain low-cost airlines out there that prohibit you from bringing food and beverages onboard.Which airline are you flying on?Alternatively you can clarify with your airline.

Yes. My mother-in-law always brings stuff. I think it’s frowned upon, but as long as it’s not any kind of nut, you’re fine. Sour Patch Kids would be fine. Good choice, since they’re good if you get bothered by the air pressure change (my ears hurt the whole time I’m in the air, but most people are only bothered on take-off and landing). Bring gum, too!

You can bring food, but the only beverages you are allowed to bring are those purchased near the boarding area of the airport. I always bring snacks. Flying can get boring at times and I want to eat when I want to eat.
