Yes you can. Pack the scissors properly (as in wrapped) and put in in your checked-in luggage. There should not be any problem at all. Your Parker pen will do fine in your handcarry but to be sure, put in in your checked-in luggage as well. Also, you would not want to bring large quantity of lotion and liquids like make-up in your handcarry. May I suggest for you to put in only an extra shirt, extra underwear, a good book or a cd/cd player and basic toiletries in small quantities inside your hand luggage.
