Can I bring in balloons or a pinata?

Balloons can be brought into the party room, but balloons are not allowed outside of the party room for safety reasons. This also goes for the balloons decorated in the party room. The only type of pinata allowed is the ‘pull-string’ variety. Pinatas that require being hit to open are prohibited.
