Can I bring frozen fish in a small cooler on the airplane with me?
You can bring it in a small cooler (not Styrofoam) but it needs to be packed properly. It should be frozen solid, wrapped in heavy plastic and sealed to prevent leakage. I’d advise using ice packs, like the blue ones you put in lunch boxes, rather than wet ice or dry ice. You can only bring a small amount of dry ice onboard (4.4lbs or less) and wet ice can leak.
