A. No. In order to redeem your Rewards Points for travel rewards you must book through the HSBC Rewards Customer Care line at 1-866-688-HSBC (4722). The office is open Monday to Friday, 5AM to 5PM Pacific Time Zone and Saturdays 5AM to 2PM Pacific Time Zone.
