Can I book a group reservation on AgentRez?
When you select more than 8 rooms in the search form, you will be directed to the group booking form. There you will be asked to complete a group reservation request which will be handled by our groups department. When booking a group reservation, please note the following terms: • Group reservations are on request and not available with instant confirmation. • A deposit of 10% of the booking value is required when we confirm your request. The remainder is due in full within 30 days of arrival date. As with other offline bookings, your commission rate is 5% • A representative of the group sales team will aim to contact you within 1 working day (24 hours) not including weekends (Sat/Sun). Group hotel rates may vary from those shown online. • You can also make a group booking by calling 1-800-301-8485. Please remember to quote your ID number (CID, agent ID or Discount Code) to ensure we pay you commission for the reservation.
