A. No. Only one unit can be billed for a therapy evaluation or reevaluation. These codes are not defined by a specific time frame; therefore, only one unit may be billed regardless of the amount of time spent delivering the service. Refer to CMS Pub. 100-4 CH 5, 20.2.
