Can I be heavily involved in athletics, band, student organizations, and other activities and still be a staff member?
Working as a student staff member requires a significant time commitment. While we encourage campus involvement and activities, extensive involvement may conflict with your ability to effectively serve as a staff member. Situations will be discussed with supervisors and evaluated on a case by case basis to ensure you have adequate time for your job responsibilities. In the event that other activities are preventing job success you may be required to drop other outside activities or organizations.
