Can i be evicted with out a court summons?
Yes he can do that but he would be within his rights to put your stuff on the street, while you are not around, and change locks and security, to prevent any access, he may also do this while your stuff is inside and refuse you access to that as well, I am not advising this path, but should someone break in after/if he ever gets that order, ( ,because you are present, when he calls to regain his property, and you refuse to leave, he may not use force without a court order,), and leaves the site open, you would be within the law to enter an open property, ( if YOU are not the one, who does the breaking in ), then you become a squatter, in law, and are entitled to fit new locks, and security, to prevent yourself being forcibly evicted, the court order to evict a squatter is much harder to obtain, and may take up as much as two years
