If you are deemed as an unacceptable risk to NSW Health, or you have not provided the required documentation, the NSW Department of Health may decline your application for authority to undertake clinical placements. You will be informed of this decision in writing and will be required to inform your educational institution’s Clinical Placement Co-ordinator or Facilitator.
