If you have a Master’s degree in business administration or other business-related field OR if you have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of specialized experience, you can be considered for an ELFA position at the GS-9 level. Specialized experience is experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position being filled, i.e., Financial Management Analyst.
