Can I be both CitizenShipper and CitizenCourier?
Currently, our system is designed so that you cannot be both CitizenShipper and CitizenCourier without opening a second account with a second username. You can use the same name, address, email address, phone number, etc, but must use a different username. One suggestion is to just add the word sender or shipper to the end of your existing username and use that for the new username in order to identify it as your alternate account. We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience, and we plan on evolving the site in the future to allow users to be both Shipper and Sender under the same single account.
