Can I be an Overt member of a faction in Basinia?
Yes. However, we have declared Basinia as neutral territory. Fighting in Basinia is not allowed. So, while you are allowed to go Overt, and hang around the Nuna (as an example), you need to realize that other Overt members of the other faction may be hanging around as well. If that happens, send them a quick /tell (you can use /ttell for this, it sends a tell to your current target) and ask them to fight you somewhere outside the city’s limits. If they’re unwilling to do this, then try to leave the area until they’re gone.
