For most applications, we do not anticipate a requirement for autoclaving. We advise you to sterilize the units by washing with 1 N NaOH followed by equilibration buffer. Initial autoclaving experiments with an 91-Q-01K-15-03 module (Sartobind Q ion exchange membrane 15 layers height 3 cm height) didnt show any change in binding capacity.
