Can I ask for a bond or penalty payments if the teacher leaves?
The employment law does not allow you to deduct any money from the employee without correct signed permission. It is illegal to write into a contract that you will deduct money or take special bonds and fees to cover missed classes, sickness or to hire any new teachers if the employee leaves early, or to pay for unspecified costs and fees.
