No, students may only apply to ONE program per participation period. In special cases, exceptions to this policy will be made in consultation with the EAP Regional Advisers for both programs. Consult the “Need to Know” document for a country if you have concerns about impacted programs. A dual application will only be considered if an “EAP Exception Contract” is on file with signatures from EAP Regional Advisers for each program before the time of application.
