Yes, you can apply to two different degree programs, if you want to maximize your chance of getting into GT-Shanghai. You must complete two online applications, pay two sets of application fees, and have your references enter two sets of online recommendation letters. You will have one GTID. You will only need to provide one set of supporting documentation (transcripts, degree documents, TOEFL and GRE scores) to Graduate Admissions.
