You can apply to whoever you wish as we all staff for different schools. We don’t deal with the same schools as, say, Epik, because in our experience teachers don’t last very long at those schools (up 40 kids per class, lots of marking, and very little support), and we end up having to fill the same position over and over. At the schools we work with, there is a 90% completion rate (meaning that 9/10 teachers who come to Korea for the year, stay for the whole year). About 30% of our teachers actually sign up for another year at the end of their contracts. Do please inform us, however, if you are working with one or more other agencies, so that we can be prepared for last minute dropouts, changes, or requests while you compare schools.
