Can I apply for my residential building permit online and submit all documents electronically?
Only the plans can be submitted electronically. There are other required documents that need to be submitted and reviewed by other review disciplines and these need to be submitted in hard copy form through the DDES Permit Center. You will need to set up a permit application intake appointment to submit your building permit application.
