No. You must live in one of these cities to apply for a Yount loan or mini grant. However, you may attend school outside of the area if your home branch or ward is in Salt Lake, Tooele, Park City, Kamas or Lehi. For instance, you may attend BYU or UVU if the branch or ward you attend (and where your church membership records are) is in Salt Lake, Tooele, Park City, Kamas or Lehi.
