You can apply for a subclass 676 tourist visa for 3 or 6 months and have a good chance of getting it if you’ve adhered to all of the conditions attached to your WH visa. It’s quite possible that DIAC will check if you have, so make sure you haven’t for example, worked for any one employer for longer than 6 months. I mention this as from what you’ve written, it sounds as if you may be unaware of that requirement. Also, make sure you get your timing right and only apply for your tourist visa a short time (a couple of weeks) before the end of your current visa.
