Yes, provided that the application for a permit is made in person at the Civic Offices, and the change of address section on the Vehicle Registration Document is completed and signed. We will then submit the document to DVLA on your behalf to ensure that the vehicle is registered at the correct address. You will be provided with a short term temporary permit, which will be exchanged for a full permit when the updated vehicle registration document is submitted.
