Can I appeal if my licence application is rejected?
Yes. If you are unhappy that your application has been rejected, you need to write and request a statement of reasons within 28 days. On receipt of the statement of reasons for the decision you have the right to apply to the Magistrates court (administrative appeals division) for a review of the decision within the prescribed period.
