It’s too late to get your refund for 2003. For 2004, you only have until 4/15/08 to file the amendment. If in any of those years your tax was zero, then you won’t get anything back. But for any of the years 2004-2006 that you DID pay any tax and didn’t get everything back that was withheld, amending would probably get you a refund. Figure out if you can gain anything by amending. Then if you can and need help with the form, post again and someone will help you.
