Charter High-Speed Security Suite currently includes an anti-spyware application, so third-party applications such as these are not necessary to protect your system. Note: If you do use a third-party anti-spyware application, be very careful to check the files identified by these programs as spyware before deleting them. Some spyware programs will detect the BackWeb Agent files that the Charter High-Speed Security Suite needs to operate correctly. If these files are deleted or quarantined, the Charter High-Speed Security Suite will not operate correctly. Please check the location of any files detected by third-party spyware programs before deleting them. You DO NOT want to delete anything located in C:\Program Files\Charter High Speed Security Suite.
