Can I allow users outside my organization (such as dealers, suppliers and/or customers) to directly report incidents or have more in-depth access to the system?
Yes. Since QTMS is a Web-based system, all that is required is for you to provide designated users with access and credentials. As with all internal users, outside users will be required to pass NT authentication for access, but once they have this access they have the ability to perform tasks based on their permissions (any or all). We are also working on an upgrade to the system (v4.2) that would hold data entered by third-party users pending internal review, before including it into the system.
