Unless you are a moderator, you are required to secure permission before advertising another site. Naturally, having your site listed in your profile is permissible. Elfwood, BakaNeko, Suteki.nu, AckAnime are not subject to the advertisement rules and may be discussed freely, as well as any site listed on the main page of oekakiCentral.
